Opposition parties pass vote of no confidence on IG and COAS concerning 2019 Elections.

Many opposition political parties acting under the protection of the Coalition of United Political Parties have passed a vote of no confidence on the acting Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Adamu; and the Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, ahead of the Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly Elections.

Their position was based on alleged intelligence that the ruling party, APC and the presidency have perfected plans to rig the elections through the deployment of security forces and asking them to deny the people their will to choose their leaders.
Imo Ugochinyere, the Coalition national spokesman, made this known in a statement made available to journalists in Abuja on Thursday.
